Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Cardamom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trippin Daisy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Max Cardamom has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Cardamom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Trippin Daisy!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Franklyn Lucas and John Kavanagh.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daisy lands a front kick.
Cardamom pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Cardamom definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Daisy misses with a looping right.
Daisy missing with a left hand there. Cardamom was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Daisy fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cardamom.
Daisy scores with a jab.
Daisy defending well as Cardamom loads up on a big left hand.
Daisy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cardamom sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Cardamom swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Cardamom throws a left that rocks Daisy and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Cardamom dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Daisy regain composure!

It looks like Trippin Daisy has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Cardamom is working to tighten his grip on Daisy's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Daisy has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Cardamom is really squeezing tight and eventually Daisy passes out! Cardamom breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Max Cardamom!
After the fight, Max Cardamom was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
