The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Karlsson rushes Dimdim and presses him up against the cage.

Dimdim seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Karlsson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Dimdim Dimdim will probably get the nod.

Dimdim has hold of one of Karlsson's legs. Karlsson is fighting the takedown attempt but Dimdim gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Wladimir Karlsson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dimdim Dimdim.
