Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Mironov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wladyslaw Raginis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mironov comes to the cage accompanied by Down by Law - by Madball. Wladyslaw Raginis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raginis on the wrong end of a nice hook.

It looks like Wladyslaw Raginis has been cut.
Raginis tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Mironov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Mironov appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Raginis throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Mironov shoots and misses

Raginis misses with an uppercut. Mironov saw that one coming.
Mironov half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Mironov looks for a takedown but Raginis sprawls well.
A lazy left from Raginis finds it's target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mironov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Raginis is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Mironov's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Mironov's back!

Mironov is trying to remain composed but Raginis is hammering down strikes to the side of his head.
