Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerome Le Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emaus Tamei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tamei has chosen PNG Pom City by Naka Blood as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jerome Le Banner could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Emaus Tamei's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Emaus Tamei!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banner tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tamei was well out of range. Poor timing from Banner.

That was a close round but I would say that Jerome Le Banner will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

It looked like Banner was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Banner looks up at the clock and then as Tamei takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Banner smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

You can see the frustration on Tamei's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Banner, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
