Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Emery Devlin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Achmed Terrorist!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Anthony Taglia and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terrorist tries to clinch but Devlin moves out of range.
Devlin misses with the combination.
Terrorist tries to counter with a clinch but Devlin shakes him off and moves away.
Terrorist stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Terrorist wants it to stay on the feet.
Devlin connects with a high kick.
Devlin misses with a kick to the body.
Devlin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Terrorist circles away quickly and effectively.
Terrorist tries to close the distance and clinch but Devlin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Terrorist moves in looking to clinch but Devlin pushes him off.

Devlin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Terrorist sprawls well initially but Devlin persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Devlin is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Terrorist wants to get back to his feet.

Devlin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Terrorist doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Devlin.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Devlin wants to work for an arm triangle but Terrorist is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Devlin is looking for a kimura but Terrorist is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Devlin to get the leverage.

Devlin is trying to work for a kimura but Terrorist is defending well.
Devlin is trying to control the action in half guard but Terrorist is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Devlin is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Devlin is looking to take a break and control but Terrorist is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Terrorist really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Devlin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Terrorist has hold of Devlin's hands but Devlin slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Devlin is trying for a kimura here. Terrorist looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Devlin wins by kimura!
