Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Karl Stranne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Tupper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tupper fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tupper throws a head kick that misses.
Tupper looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Stranne fires out a quick counter leg kick but Tupper just manages to avoid it.
Tupper tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Stranne manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tupper's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Tupper duly obliges.
Tupper tries to clinch there but Stranne circles away.
Stranne is looking to counter punch.

Stranne slips a jab and a cross from Tupper.
Stranne thinks about countering with a body kick.
Tupper misses with a few strikes there.
Tupper throws a head kick but Stranne moves out of range.
It appears Stranne was looking to counter with a kick there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tupper tries to clinch
and Tupper takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Tupper tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stranne paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tupper fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Stranne on the side of the head.
Tupper blocks a jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tupper.

Tupper checks a low kick from Stranne.
Tupper tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Tupper wants to clinch up but Stranne keeps it at a distance.
Tupper ducks under a wild hook from Stranne.
Tupper misses with a jab, cross combination.
Stranne throws a quick counter head kick but Tupper was just out of range.
Tupper takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Stranne avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tupper is looking to clinch but Stranne is avoiding it.

Tupper closes the distance and pushes Stranne back into the cage.
Stranne fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Tupper breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Stranne blocks a head kick by Tupper.
Bobby Tupper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A nice combination there by Tupper.
A clash of legs there as Stranne blocks the low kick.
Stranne slips a jab and a cross from Tupper.
Tupper throws a leg kick but Stranne moved away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tupper moves in looking to clinch but Stranne pushes him off.

Tupper throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Stranne lands a glancing blow to the side of Tupper's head.

and Stranne counters with a crisp one two that drops Tupper! Stranne thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Tupper to his feet! Tupper is in big trouble!

Tupper is rocked!

A nice inside leg kick there by Tupper. That's going to slow Stranne down.
Stranne keeps the fight on the outside.
Tupper misses with a double jab
and Stranne counters with a thumping low kick.
Tupper looks to throw a body kick
enabling Stranne to counter with a crisp jab.
Tupper is still on wobbly legs! Can Stranne finish him?
Stranne throws a monster overhand right that drops Tupper! Stranne follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
