The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Carr closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Zwierz quickly recovers to half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Zwierz manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Carr is in close to Zwierz's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Zwierz has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Carr can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
