It looks like Joe Ortiz has been cut.
Punch Drunk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Drunk's corner calls for a 1-2. Drunk obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Ortiz walks straight into a right hand from Drunk - that's dropped him! Drunk jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Ortiz from any more punishment! Ortiz complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
