Stoichkov has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Malkin's jab looks to have found its range, popping Stoichkov under the eye.
Malkin is pawing at Stoichkov, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Stoichkov's nose. Stoichkov is badly hurt! Malkin pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Stoichkov tries desperately to hold on but Malkin is relentless in his assault! As Stoichkov receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Malkin away and this one is in the books!
