Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hodor Hodor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leandro Ataides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hodor Hodor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leandro Ataides!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hodor takes one on the chin but seems OK.
A jab from Ataides does it's job there.
Hodor scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Hodor looks to throw the jab but Ataides is out of range.
Ataides closes the distance but Hodor moves to the side
and Hodor counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Leandro Ataides has been cut.
Ataides shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hodor sprawls well. Hodor wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ataides gets slowly back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ataides shoots and misses
enabling Hodor to counter with a crisp jab.
Ataides shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hodor defends it nicely.
Hodor Hodor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leandro Ataides.

Hodor throws an overhand right that drops Ataides like a sack of potatoes! Hodor dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
