Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominic Rude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rude's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Gunslinger. Mitchell has chosen Voices- Rev Theory as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Dominic Rude has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Roberts and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rude with a body punch. A glancing blow.
A left lands for Rude.
Mitchell shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
A cross from Rude lands.
A chopping leg kick lands by Mitchell.
Rude moves out of range of the strikes.
Rude throws a series of punches but Mitchell avoids them all with ease.
James Mitchell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rude clinches.
Rude breaks the clinch.
Mitchell loads up on a big right hand but Rude slips the punch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Mitchell.
Rude throws a right and a left that both miss.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mitchell gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rude to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Mitchell is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Rude wants to control from the top but Mitchell keeps moving.
Mitchell looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Mitchell lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mitchell postures up in Rude's guard and throws a big left but Rude blocks it.

Mitchell keeps trying to improve his position.

Mitchell working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Rude has passed into half guard!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mitchell is trying to get back to full guard.
Mitchell is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rude's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rude's back!
Rude tries to escape but Mitchell has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Well, with Mitchell on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Rude is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
Mitchell has managed to slip his arm under Rude's chin. This could be all over... yep, Rude is tapping out! Submission win for Mitchell.
