Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Edin Kubat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Punch Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punch Man is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Punch Man!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kubat lands with a straight right. Man didn't see that one coming.
Man fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Man swings for the body but Kubat moves out of range.
Kubat swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Nice sprawl there from Man as Kubat shoots in.
Kubat shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Man but Man pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Man's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Man duly obliges.
Man scores with the left hand. Kubat knows he should have avoided that one.
Man misses with a wild combination.
Man misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Man throws a series of strikes that have Kubat backpedaling.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Man lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kubat at a distance.
Punch Man seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kubat gets a clinch.

Kubat jumps guard.
Man won't allow Kubat to sweep him here.

Man is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Kubat throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Kubat has his foot on Man's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Man works his way back into a safe position though.
Man wants to stand but Kubat has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Man postures up.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Man lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Man throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kubat is looking to counter the offense by Man and move into the clinch.
Kubat tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Man now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Man thuds a left hand into Kubat's body.
Man throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Kubat dives in and grabs Man's left leg, looking for a takedown. Man pushes down on Kubat's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Edin Kubat. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kubat moves in looking to clinch but Man pushes him off.
Kubat shoots in for a takedown but Man shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Kubat is breathing heavily.
Kubat takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Man throws a combination. Kubat tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Kubat is rocked!
Man connects with a combination that backs up Kubat into the cage. Man lands a flurry of punches that gets past Kubat's guard. Kubat is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Man bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
