Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eli Crowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crowe kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Angry Johnny & The Killbillies - Kill Again. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chavez rushes Crowe and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Chavez wants to get back to striking at distance but Crowe won't allow it.
Crowe unloads a knee to the mid-section. Chavez lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Chavez lands a left hand that snaps the head of Crowe backwards.
Chavez doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Still in the clinch, Crowe scores with a nice short uppercut.
Chavez looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Crowe goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Chavez managing to block the knees to the body from Crowe.
Chavez misses with a short punch on the inside.
Crowe doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Chavez can't break the clinch.

Crowe using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Chavez has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chavez lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Chavez wants to break free but Crowe has control.

With the fighters up against the cage, Crowe throws an elbow but misses.

Crowe looks to land a left hand but Chavez moved out of range nicely.
Chavez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Crowe lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Chavez rushes Crowe and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Crowe lands a good knee to the midsection. Chavez won't want to take too many of those.
Chavez is still on wobbly legs! Can Crowe finish him?
Crowe makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Chavez is trying to break the clinch but Crowe is controlling him.
Crowe creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Chavez's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Chavez drops to his knees and Crowe pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Eli Crowe decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
