The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Labak throws a jab when Atsituab was well out of range.
Atsituab shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Labak as he avoids it easily.

Labak is pressed up against the cage. Atsituab has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Labak down to the mat. Labak avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

We've been hearing good reports from Atsituab's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Labak is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Atsituab is staying active.

Horrible takedown attempt by Atsituab or perhaps it was just good defense by Labak, which made it look bad.

Atsituab goes for a double leg but Labak avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Labak continues to drive forward.

Labak throws out a loose jab but Atsituab uses good head movement to avoid it.
Atsituab changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

That was a close second round but I would say that Evad Atsituab will probably get the nod.

Labak throws a shot from downtown. Atsituab moves away and avoids it.
Atsituab shoots in looking for a takedown but Labak manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Atsituab's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Atsituab is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Labak has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Atsituab doesn't defend quickly enough and Labak has managed to lock this one up! Can Atsituab escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Labak on a fantastic submission victory.
