The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Grimm counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Yakimyuk misses with a body kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Yakimyuk.
Yakimyuk has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Grimm fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Yakimyuk manages to avoid it.
Grimm thuds a left hand into Yakimyuk's body.

Yakimyuk sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

and Grimm makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Grimm throws a looping overhand right but Yakimyuk ducks down to avoid it.
That kick from Yakimyuk tenderised Grimm's leg. Grimm is trying to keep his angry face on.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Grimm.
Yakimyuk throws out a leg kick but Grimm moves out of range and Yakimyuk only half commits.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Grimm, right into the meat.
Grimm lands a slapping body shot.
Yakimyuk tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Grimm was well out of range. Poor timing from Yakimyuk.

Grimm slips a straight right by Yakimyuk.
Grimm bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Grimm clobbers Yakimyuk with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Grimm throws a head kick but Yakimyuk moves out of range.
Yakimyuk feinted there with a counter leg kick.

Grimm throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Yakimyuk's head.

Yakimyuk is rocked!
Yakimyuk drops his hands momentarily and Grimm needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Yakimyuk just on the top of the head. Yakimyuk drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Yakimyuk - he's done!

Auguste Grimm tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
