The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smokeleaf jabs Powell to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Smokeleaf lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Love-Hate Powell has been cut.
Powell misses with a straight left.
Smokeleaf moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Smokeleaf rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Powell moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Smokeleaf forces Powell back against the cage and clinches.

Some bone on bone action there as Powell checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

A relieved looking Love-Hate Powell thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
