Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Drew Delgado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, William Harris!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harris has Delgado up against the cage in a clinch.
Delgado is pushing Harris up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Harris swings away with an uppercut that misses.
The referee is keeping an eye on Delgado - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Harris can't get the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Delgado blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Harris has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Delgado after a bit of a struggle.
Harris prevents Delgado from breaking the clinch.
Delgado wants to break free but Harris has control.

Delgado pulls guard effortlessly.
Delgado is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Harris is controlling him.

Delgado pushes Harris off and scrambles back to his feet.

Delgado darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Delgado is looking for a kimura but Harris is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Delgado to get the leverage.
The fighters are battling for position here. Harris manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Delgado throws a big elbow that misses.
Delgado makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Harris has his hands on Delgado's head, controlling the position.
Delgado loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Delgado is looking to work some ground and pound but Harris has wrist control.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Delgado postures up and lands a big shot to Harris's brow.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Harris clinches with his opponent.
Harris wants to get back to striking at distance but Delgado won't allow it.
Harris goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Harris escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Harris dives in and grabs Delgado's left leg, looking for a takedown. Delgado pushes down on Harris's head and hops out.

Delgado closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Delgado is looking for a kimura here.
Delgado not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Harris is looking to control Delgado's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Harris avoid being mounted?
Delgado really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Delgado is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Harris to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Harris drops back looking for a leg! Delgado is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Delgado manages to kick Harris off! Harris jumps back into Delgado's guard.
Harris slips nicely into half guard.

Harris is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Harris has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Delgado defend it? Harris steps over the head and cranks it - Delgado is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Harris!
