Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Erik Sena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukas Ioannou Ii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ioannou Ii tries to clinch but Sena is having none of it.
Ioannou Ii shoots in but Sena avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sena tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ioannou Ii swivels and escapes.
Ioannou Ii is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sena sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Sena moves into the clinch.
Sena is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Ioannou Ii can't fight it off and eventually Sena manages to take the fight to the floor. Ioannou Ii looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Sena goes for a takedown in the clinch but Ioannou Ii prevents it.

Sena wants to take the fight to the mat but Ioannou Ii manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Sena escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sena dives in and grabs Ioannou Ii's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ioannou Ii pushes down on Sena's head and hops out.
Sena is breathing heavily.
Sena tries to close the distance and clinch but Ioannou Ii swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ioannou Ii tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sena manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Ioannou Ii shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Sena shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sena showed some decent athleticism there.

Ioannou Ii is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Sena rolls with it to try and escape but Ioannou Ii cranks on the arm and Sena is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
