The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dias digs a good body shot into Manel's ribs.

and Manel counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dias won't be happy with that.
Manel looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Dias is avoiding damage well.

Manel postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Dias is breathing heavily.
Manel tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Dias knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Manel on the ground.
