Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tor Nansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pete Doherty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nansen comes to the cage accompanied by The Prodigy - Thunder. The crowd seem to be enjoying Doherty's choice of entrance music: You can't stand me now. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Doherty misses with a takedown attempt - Nansen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Doherty walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Nansen closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Nansen lands in his opponent's guard.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Nansen takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nansen takes a jab right on the kisser.
Doherty fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Nansen on the side of the head.
Nansen throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Well Doherty has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
