Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Williams Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joseph Taylor will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Ben Watson and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Harrison enables Taylor to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Harrison manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Harrison is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Taylor is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Harrison pulls Taylor in close to his closed guard and prevents Taylor from doing any damage or advancing position.
Taylor tries to stand but Harrison is controlling from the bottom.

Taylor trying to control the position from guard on top but Harrison is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Taylor wanted to stand there but Harrison had control of the position.
Harrison looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Taylor puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Taylor looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Harrison is staying active underneath Taylor, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Harrison is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Taylor's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Taylor's back!
Taylor is really stuck here.

Taylor breaks Harrison's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Taylor passes Harrison's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Taylor working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Taylor seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Harrison is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
