Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kapitan Tutan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nari Vari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Nari Vari!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tutan takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Vari crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tutan - the referee stops the clock and Vari gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tutan. Vari manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Vari has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round but I would say that Kapitan Tutan will probably get the nod.

Vari looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Vari cracks Tutan with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Tutan falls to his knees and Vari doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
