Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lester Cockenschtuff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by LL CoolJ - Headsprung. Cockenschtuff has chosen Wynona's Big Brown Beaver by Primus as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 36 - 21 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Daniel Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 15 - 1, fighting out of New York, Lester Cockenschtuff!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with a series of wild punches.
Silva looks to land a body kick but Cockenschtuff moved away.
Silva keeps the fight on the outside.
Silva changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Daniel Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cockenschtuff uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Silva.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Cockenschtuff! But no joy.
Silva tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cockenschtuff sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Silva somewhat.
Silva looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Silva has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Cockenschtuff is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Cockenschtuff is pushing Silva up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

It looks like Daniel Silva has been cut.
Silva wants to take the fight to the mat but Cockenschtuff manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Silva has picked Cockenschtuff up - he's going for a ride! Silva dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Cockenschtuff is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Silva in particular looking to stall.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Silva has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Cockenschtuff tries to kick Silva off but Silva keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Silva has closed the distance and engaged Cockenschtuff in a clinch.
Cockenschtuff pushes Silva back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Cockenschtuff is working Silva over against the cage.
Silva prevents a body shot from Cockenschtuff.
Silva blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Silva lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Cockenschtuff lands a knee to the body.
Silva is breathing heavily.

Silva changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cockenschtuff fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Silva tries to clinch but Cockenschtuff is having none of it.

Silva gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Cockenschtuff makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Cockenschtuff drops Silva with a beautiful combination! Silva stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Cockenschtuff is looking for the KO!

Silva looks up at the clock. Bad move! Cockenschtuff lands a right hand from hell, dropping Silva. Cockenschtuff pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
