The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michaels attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Sailor throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sailor uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Michaels.
Sailor on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Sailor looks to score with a jab to the body but Michaels is just out of range.
A slow jab from Sailor misses its intended target.
It looked like Michaels wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
The fighters circling - Michaels throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Michaels connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Michaels moves out of range as Sailor strikes.
Sailor has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sailor there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Wendell Sailor has been cut.
Michaels takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Michaels uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sailor.

Michaels cracks Sailor with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Michaels has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Sailor to stand back up!

Sailor is holding his hands too far apart here. Michaels throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Sailor is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
