Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aoki Kakashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Mercurious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kakashi comes to the cage accompanied by Nas - Hate Me Now. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab from Mercurious.
Kakashi shoots in looking for a takedown but Mercurious manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kakashi's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Mercurious swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Mercurious connects with a high kick.
Kakashi misses with a double jab.
Mercurious dodges the punch combination from Kakashi.
Mercurious swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Kakashi is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Mercurious.
Good exchange - Mercurious coming out on top.
Mercurious throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mercurious misses with a wild body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mercurious gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Mercurious wants to stand up but Kakashi is controlling him.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mercurious wants to sweep here but Kakashi controlling him for the moment.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kakashi wants to control from the top but Mercurious keeps moving.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Kakashi avoids a punch combination nicely.

Kakashi has closed the distance and engaged Mercurious in a clinch.
Mercurious is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Mercurious is trying to break free.

Kakashi pulls guard.

Kakashi throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Mercurious escapes and throws Kakashi's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Kakashi can't do much from the bottom here.
Mercurious really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kakashi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kakashi is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Mercurious off and has taken his back!

Kakashi is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Mercurious won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Kakashi off his unconscious opponent!
