The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juravlev misses with a hook. Alexeyev ducked under it nicely.
Alexeyev is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Juravlev takes a swing at Alexeyev's ribcage but misses.
Alexeyev throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Juravlev sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Alexeyev looks to throw the jab but Juravlev is out of range.

Juravlev lands a left and a right that send Alexeyev crashing to the mat, dazed. Juravlev thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Alexeyev has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
