Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Edmund Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitun Sika (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sika has chosen Kato ny äijjää as his entrance music. Vitun Sika has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vitun Sika!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sika fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Parker sprawls well initially but Sika persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Parker is positioning himself well to prevent Sika advancing to mount.

Sika perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Parker really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sika darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Sika wants to pass the guard but Parker is defending well.

Parker is looking to control Sika's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Parker avoid being mounted?

Sika seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Parker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sika can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Parker manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Sika keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Parker is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sika is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Parker to the mat. Parker regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Vitun Sika showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Parker is stalling here. Sika is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Parker seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Sika has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Sika shoots in and bounces Parker off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Vitun Sika comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Sika has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A less than humble Vitun Sika misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
