Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vitor Gouveia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiger Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gouveia's entrance music is Three Days Grace - I Hate Everything About You. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gouveia is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Gouveia lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Jackson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jackson swats away the attempt to clinch by Gouveia.
Jackson is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Gouveia with a body shot.
Gouveia tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jackson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gouveia swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Jackson counters with a straight right hand.
Gouveia circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jackson fails in his attempt to clinch.
Gouveia definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Jackson slips a straight right by Gouveia.
Gouveia lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jackson circles away quickly and effectively.
Gouveia throws a nice looking combination but Jackson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jackson thinks about the counter body kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gouveia throws a right and a left that Jackson avoids nicely.
Gouveia ducks right into an uppercut from Jackson.
Jackson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gouveia is looking to clinch.
Jackson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gouveia.
Gouveia moves in looking to clinch but Jackson pushes him off.

Jackson scores with a jab. Gouveia acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Gouveia tries to clinch but Jackson moves out of range.
Gouveia throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Tiger Jackson has been cut.
Gouveia misses with a double jab.
Jackson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Jackson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Gouveia.
Jackson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Oooooh!!! Gouveia has knocked Jackson down with a huge combo! Gouveia steps away and waves a wobbly Jackson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Gouveia pushes Jackson against the cage. Gouveia is working some dirty boxing. Gouveia pushes off with a quick right hook! Jackson goes down! Jackson tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Gouveia moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
