Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chiun Remo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Korek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Korek is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Touch me - Samantha Fox. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Chiun Remo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michal Korek!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Remo takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Remo avoids the body shot from Korek.
Korek swings for the body but Remo moves out of range.
Remo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Remo slips a straight right by Korek.
Remo attempts a counter takedown but Korek avoids it well and moves away.
Korek with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Remo has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Remo there as he acknowledges the shot.
Korek throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Remo.
Remo is looking for a counter combo.
Korek misses the jab.
Remo fails with the takedown.
Korek closes the distance but Remo moves to the side
and Remo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Korek throws a combination. Remo tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Korek looks to score with a jab to the body but Remo is just out of range.
Remo appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Korek misses with a looping left.
Remo fails in his attempt to clinch.
Korek is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Michal Korek is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Korek fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Korek fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Remo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Remo tries to move into range but Korek moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Korek darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Korek connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Remo momentarily.
Korek lands with a shot to the body.
Remo tries to close the distance and clinch but Korek swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Michal Korek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Remo swats away the attempt to clinch by Korek.
Remo tries to counter with a takedown but Korek is quick to defend against it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Remo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Korek throws out the jab.
Korek lands a nice shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Korek throws a looping overhand right but Remo ducks down to avoid it.
Remo seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Remo avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Korek lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Remo looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Korek jabs Remo right on the nose. Remo blinks but takes it well.
A jab from Korek misses.
Remo drops down looking for a counter takedown but Korek sprawls and moves away.

Remo moves into range and clinches up with Korek.
Korek throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Remos head.
Knees to the body from Remo.
Korek tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Remo avoids it.
Korek makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Korek prevents a body shot from Remo.
Korek prevents a takedown attempt there.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Remo.

Remo manages to break the clinch.
Korek throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Remo tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Korek manages to circle out of the way.
Korek throws a lazy uppercut

and Remo counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Korek trying to control here.
Korek is positioning himself well to prevent Remo advancing to mount.
Korek's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Korek trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Korek tries to hold on but Remo pushes him away.
Remo looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Korek gets back to half guard.
Korek felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Korek desperately trying to maintain half guard.
Remo is thwarting Korek's attempts to control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Michal Korek dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!



Remo gets tackled into the cage by Korek. Korek maintains the clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Remo.
Remo blocks an elbow strike.
Remo tries to land knees in the clinch but Korek avoids the damage to the body.
Korek cracks Remo with a nice body shot.
Korek working hard to break the clinch.

Remo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Korek misses with a looping left.
As Korek tries to get set, Remo tries to push him back and clinch up but Korek manages to avoid the attempt.
Korek throws a body shot but no joy.
Remo tries to clinch up but Korek circles away and keeps his distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Korek gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Remo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Remo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Korek pinned against the cage. Korek gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Remo doesn't manage to clinch there - Korek circles away.
Jab by Korek.
Michal Korek seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Korek works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Korek scores with a nice head shot.
Korek is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Remo with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Korek to score with a decent uppercut.
Korek lands with a hook. Remo tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.


Remo is rocked!
Korek lands an overhand right.
Oh Remo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Korek cracks Remo on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Remo falls backwards against the cage. Korek follows up with more strikes that drop Remo to his knees. Korek keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Remo! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michal Korek!
During a confident post fight interview, Michal Korek thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Chiun Remo was interviewed post fight and said 'i cant understand this result !!! '.
