Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kaupe Akuapehuale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Papa Shango (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shango tries to close the distance and clinch up but Akuapehuale swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Shango takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Akuapehuale throws a body punch but Shango moves out of range.

Shango throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Akuapehuale was covering up waiting for the punch and Shango finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Akuapehuale knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Shango on the ground.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Akuapehuale has left one of his arms exposed and Shango doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Akuapehuale screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
