The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with a body kick.
Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Lynch sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Silva closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Silva is trying to drag Lynch to the mat but Lynch just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lynch tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lynch to the ground. Lynch escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
