The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knapp misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
As Knapp looks to move away, Pereira throws a big counter combo bu Knapp just gets out of the way.

Knapp moves into the clinch.
Pereira lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Knapp shoots in for a takedown but Pereira shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Knapp might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

That was a close round but I would say that Clint Pereira will probably get the nod.

BOOM! Knapp lands a beautiful left hook that drops Pereira. Pereira tries to recover but Knapp is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Pereira lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Peter Knapp tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
