PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lars Thunstrom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustav Grimwald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thunstrom comes to the cage accompanied by Prodigy - Spitfire. The crowd seem to be enjoying Grimwald's choice of entrance music: NoMeansNo - Mr. In Between. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gustav Grimwald!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunstrom throws the left hand but Grimwald avoids the punch easily.
Grimwald is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Thunstrom.
Some bone on bone action there as Grimwald checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

It looks like Thunstrom has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
