The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veide looks for the body kick but Sheen saw that one coming.
Sheen misses with a wild body shot.
Sheen throws a body punch but Veide moves out of range.
Sheen misses with a hook.
Veide throws a good cross that connects.

It looks like Charlie Sheen has been cut.
Good standup being displayed there by Veide as he connects with a hook.
Veide tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sheen was well out of range. Poor timing from Veide.
Veide uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sheen.

Veide lands a left and a right that sends Sheen crashing to the canvas! Veide dives into mount looking to finish!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sheen is in all sorts of trouble here.
Sheen blocking the ground and pound.
We've been hearing that Veide has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Sheen regains half guard.
Sheen wants to control but Veide is keeping busy.
Sheen tries to roll over but Veide keeps him under control.

Veide thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sheen's head.
Sheen is looking for a sweep. Veide is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Veide is looking to work some ground and pound but Sheen has wrist control.
Sheen has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The crowd cheers as Veide lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sheen doesn't seem phased though.

That has opened up Charlie Sheen's cut even more.

Veide wants to clinch up but Sheen keeps it at a distance.
Veide connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Veide bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Veide misses with a wild combination.
Veide misses with a body kick.
Veide takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Sheen walks into a jab.
Veide thows a left - swing and a miss!
It seemed like Sheen was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Veide drops Sheen with a right and a left! Veide comes rushing in but Sheen regains his composure and manages to keep Veide in guard.

Sheen is rocked!

The cut above Charlie Sheen's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Veide in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Sheen is still in real trouble! Can Veide finish him?

Charlie Sheen's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Charlie Sheen's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
