Knowles circles away from the clinch attempt.
Knowles fails with the takedown.

Floyd clinches up with Knowles and pushes him back against the cage.

Knowles stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Floyd swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Paris Floyd will probably get the nod.

Floyd circles away from the clinch attempt.
Floyd throws a big counter combination but Knowles scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Knowles looks for a takedown but Floyd sprawls well.

Floyd tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Knowles smiles and moves away.
Knowles tries to score a power double leg takedown but Floyd sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Knowles somewhat.
Knowles missing with a left hand there. Floyd was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Horrible takedown attempt by Knowles or perhaps it was just good defense by Floyd, which made it look bad.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Floyd is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
