The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Filipovic fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Levy to the ground. Filipovic is now in Levy's guard.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Levy enables Filipovic to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Levy manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Filipovic shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Levy's guard.
Levy wants to stand and escape but Filipovic is having none of it.
Filipovic is on the wrong end of a couple of strikes there.

Filipovic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Levy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well Filipovic has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
