David's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Craig David - Rise and Fall. Jabbar has chosen Passion Pit - Carried Away as his entrance music. Jabbar swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
David steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jabbar.
David tries to counter by clinching up but Jabbar breaks away and moves out of range.

Jabbar forces David back against the cage and clinches.
David tries a knee to the head but Jabbar blocks it.

David breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A solid leg kick lands there for Jabbar.
Hakeem Jabbar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jabbar tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but David paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Craig David's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Jabbar.
