The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nugent throws a combination that misses

and Dale counters with a single leg into guard. Nugent didn't expect that.
Dale has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Nugent is proving hard to escape from.
Dale loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oh Dale is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Oooooh, big shot lands for Nugent! Dale is hurt baaadly! Nugent is firing away with more strikes - Dale is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
