Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dozer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Pereira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Dozer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brian Pereira!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dozer connects with a good right hand that stumbles Pereira. Pereira circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Dozer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The fighters circling - Pereira throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

And Pereira tries to counter it with a takedown but Dozer pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Pereira has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Dozer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pereira manages to avoid it.

Pereira shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Pereira showed some decent athleticism there.

Dozer lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Pereira has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dozer is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Pereira.

Pereira is looking for a triangle but Dozer pushes his legs off easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pereira bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dozer's guard.

Pereira postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Dozer is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Pereira, into his guard.

Brian Pereira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dozer wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Pereira, who protects the arm well.
Dozer is looking to take a break and control but Pereira is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

You can see the frustration on Pereira's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Dozer tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dozer has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Pereira manages to work his way to half guard, despite Dozer's best efforts.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Pereira is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
