Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sven Hensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Money Earner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hensen comes to the cage accompanied by Soul Coughing - Super Bon Bon. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sven Hensen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Money Earner!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Earner connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hensen's hands.
Earner waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hensen.
Hensen throws a wild body kick that Earner sees coming a mile off.
A countering left hand to the body from Earner misses.
Earner stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Earner misses with a straight right.
A thudding body kick lands there by Hensen!
Earner lands with a hook. Hensen tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Hensen closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hensen lands in his opponent's guard.

Hensen drops back looking for a leg! Earner is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Earner manages to kick Hensen off! Hensen jumps back into Earner's guard.
Hensen distracts Earner with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hensen loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Hensen drops back looking for a leg! Earner is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Earner manages to kick Hensen off! Hensen jumps back into Earner's guard.
Hensen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Earner is keeping the position for now.

Hensen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Earner can do anything to dispel that myth.
Hensen trying to control but Earner is working from the bottom.
Earner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hensen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Hensen slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Hensen drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hensen jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hensen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hensen wants to control from the top but Earner keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Hensen drops back looking for a leg! Earner is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Earner manages to kick Hensen off! Hensen jumps back into Earner's guard.
Earner preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Hensen works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Hensen passes the guard and advances to mount!

Hensen has hold of Earner's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Earner manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Hensen working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Hensen is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Earner is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Earner flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Hensen anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Earner and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Hensen slips an arm under Earner chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Hensen has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Hensen is squeezing on Earner like an anaconda would it's prey. Earner fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Sven Hensen!
