Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Timothy Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Masters is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Simply the Best. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Timothy Robinson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Ken Masters !
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masters lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Robinson is defended easily by Masters .
Robinson defending well as Masters loads up on a big left hand.
Crunch! Masters slams his shin into Robinson's torso.
Masters has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Robinson finds it's way round the side to connect with Masters 's head.
Robinson takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Masters scores with a head kick. Robinson tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Robinson lands a nice shot that snaps Masters 's head back.
Masters will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Masters darts in and clinches Robinson up against the cage.

Masters lands a nice uppercut.

Robinson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Timothy Robinson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Robinson tries to pull guard but Masters forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Masters has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Robinson finds it's way round the side to connect with Masters 's head.

Masters ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Robinson moves away.
Robinson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Robinson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Masters lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Masters tries to work over Robinson's front leg with a kick but Robinson checks it.
Masters moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Masters with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Masters throws a jab when Robinson was well out of range.
Masters doesn't manage to clinch there - Robinson circles away.
Crunch! Masters slams his shin into Robinson's torso.
Masters has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Masters misses with a jab to the body

and Robinson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Masters won't be happy with that.
Masters is looking for a sweep.
Robinson is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Masters 's shoulder. That is not cool.
Masters is not content to let Robinson control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Masters tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Robinson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Robinson changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Robinson takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Masters feints and then cracks Robinson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Robinson down.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Masters - that will leave a mark!

Masters throws a body kick that misses.
Robinson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Robinson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Masters but Masters pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Masters scores with a head kick. Robinson tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Masters is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Robinson wants to free his trapped foot but Masters is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Masters is staying active underneath Robinson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Robinson seems to be working for a kimura but Masters defends the submission attempt.

Robinson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Masters doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Robinson.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Robinson frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Masters has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Robinson's lack of action.

Robinson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Masters tries to get to full guard but Robinson has control of the leg.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Masters is positioning himself well to prevent Robinson advancing to mount.
Robinson passes to side control.
Robinson tries to advance to mount but Masters denies him.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Robinson has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Masters !
Masters is squirming around, avoiding Robinson's attempts to control the action.
Robinson fails to move to back control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Masters tries to lock up and control but Robinson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Robinson has hold of Masters 's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Masters manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Masters is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Masters sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Robinson wants to control but Masters is keeping him busy.
Masters won't allow Robinson to pass to mount.

Robinson is working for a submission of some sort.
Robinson moves nicely into side control.

Robinson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Masters keeps working.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Masters tries to bench press Robinson off him but Robinson keeps the position.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
