The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tupolski is looking to clinch.
Aladeen attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Aladeen on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Tupolski uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Aladeen.

Tupolski throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Aladeen stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Aladeen has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

I was talking to Tupolski's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
