Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brad Vance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piolet Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vance's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bad. Wilson has chosen Jaded as his entrance music. Piolet Wilson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson moves away from the strike by Vance.
Vance lands with a cross.

It looks like Piolet Wilson has been cut.
Wilson slips under a jab from Vance.
Wilson is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Vance comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Wilson staying out of range there.
Wilson takes a jab right on the kisser.
Wilson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Vance fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Wilson, pushing him back against the cage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Vance.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Vance creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Vance working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Vance lands a body punch in the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vance gets through Wilson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Vance scores with a hook to the body.
Wilson looks winded!
A short body shot lands from Vance as the two fighters clinch.
Vance lands a shoulder strike.
Vance lands on the inside with an uppercut.

That has opened up Piolet Wilson's cut even more.
Vance throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

A short left from Vance.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Vance.
Vance lands a right hand that snaps the head of Wilson backwards.
A left hand lands to the body for Vance.
Vance lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Vance lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Wilson or not.

Vance breaks the clinch.

Vance closes the distance and clinches.
Vance lands with a short shot to the head.
Vance digs a right hand underneath Wilson's ribcage. Wilson let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Vance escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Vance moves into the clinch successfully.
A short uppercut from Vance.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A short right from Vance on the inside.

Vance manages to break the clinch.
Vance connects with a body shot that sends Wilson's belly button to the back.

Vance cracks Wilson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Wilson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Vance finish him?

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Vance throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wilson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wilson walks straight into a right hand from Vance - that's dropped him! Vance jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Wilson from any more punishment! Wilson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
