Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

26 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rockford Knight!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardacre slips a jab from Knight.
Knight fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hardacre looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jab by Hardacre.
Knight looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
It looks like Rockford Knight has been cut.
Knight misses with an uppercut.
Hardacre connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Knight's hands.
Hardacre loads up on a big right hand but Knight slips the punch.
Hardacre misses with a double jab
and Knight makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Knight throws a lazy uppercut
and Hardacre counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hardacre connects with a right hand. Knight shakes it off.
Hardacre checks the leg kick.
Knight misses with an attempted mid kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hardacre moves out of range of the body kick from Knight.
Hardacre lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Knight circles away quickly and effectively.
As Hardacre backs off Knight throws a huge counter combo but Hardacre manages to avoid it all.
Hardacre misses with a hook to the body
and Knight counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hardacre rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Knight moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hardacre looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Knight.
Knight misses with a kick to the body.
Hardacre slips a straight right by Knight.
Knight throws the left hand but Hardacre avoids the punch easily.
Hardacre feints and then cracks Knight's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Knight down.
Hardacre throws a body kick that misses.
Knight feints a counter leg kick.
Knight throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hardacre on the side of the head.
Knight lands a right hook to the body.
Hardacre avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hardacre lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Hardacre takes a kick to the side of the head.
Hardacre throws a body punch but Knight moves out of range.
Knight has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Knight misses with a hook.
Hardacre with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sloppy strikes from Hardacre. Those never looked like landing.
And Knight responds with a good body kick, but Hardacre manages to step out the way in time.

Knight is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Hardacre with a body shot.

Knight has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Hardacre.
Damian Hardacre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Knight uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hardacre.
Hardacre throws a low kick but Knight avoids it.

and Knight counters with a nice uppercut.
Hardacre misses with a hook. Knight ducked under it nicely.
Knight on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

and Knight cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Knight misses with a hook. Hardacre ducked under it nicely.
Hardacre appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Knight tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hardacre was well out of range. Poor timing from Knight.

Knight lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Knight throws a sloppy head kick and Hardacre moves out of range easily.

Hardacre takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The fighters circling - Knight throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Knight waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hardacre.
Hardacre misses with a low kick.
Knight thuds his right hand into Hardacre's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Knight takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A head kick misses from Hardacre.
Hardacre looks to throw the jab but Knight is out of range.
A big right from Knight misses.
A right-left combo lands from Hardacre.
Hardacre fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hardacre's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Knight connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hardacre scrambles back to his feet.

Knight lands with a thumping leg kick.
Hardacre lands a slapping body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Rockford Knight will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Rockford Knight's cut.
That's time! Hardacre's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Knight slips a jab from Hardacre.
Hardacre looks to land a combination but Knight avoids it well.
Hardacre throws a solid leg kick but Knight takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Hardacre.

and Knight counters with a low kick, right behind Hardacre 's knee.
Knight connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Nice shot lands for Knight.

Hardacre throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Knight moves into range and connects with a jab.
Knight pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

enabling Knight to counter with a crisp jab.

Knight lands a front kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Knight feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hardacre sprawling to the canvas! Hardacre rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Knight finish him?!
Knight dances in with a quick combination. Hardacre is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Knight snaps Hardacre's head back. Hardacre stumbles backwards against the cage. Knight steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Hardacre's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Hardacre just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rockford Knight!
Rockford Knight decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
