Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anabol Asteroid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Salwa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Asteroid comes to the cage accompanied by Asteroid. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salwa ducks under a wild hook from Asteroid.
Salwa fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Asteroid looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Asteroid uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Salwa.
Asteroid throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Salwa throws a right hand that Asteroid ducks under and follows up with a left that Asteroid also avoids with ease.
Salwa moves out of range of the leg kick from Asteroid.
Asteroid pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Asteroid throws a quick inside leg kick.
Salwa's coach down at Datsik's Dojo was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Salwa's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Asteroid connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
A punch lands to the side of Salwa 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Salwa checks a low kick from Asteroid.
Asteroid throws a chopping leg kick but Salwa manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Salwa with the counter takedown but Asteroid avoids it easily.
A jab lands there for Asteroid.
Salwa dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Asteroid slips a straight right by Salwa.
No joy there for Salwa, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Asteroid does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice uppercut lands for Asteroid. That snapped Salwa's head back.
Asteroid tries a head kick but it misses.
Anabol Asteroid is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Salwa darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
We've been told by Asteroid's head coaches at Cozad MMA LA Elite that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Asteroid scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Asteroid lands a slapping body shot.
Asteroid misses with an uppercut
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Salwa goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Salwa will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Good leg kick by Asteroid there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Asteroid fires out a quick counter leg kick but Salwa just manages to avoid it.
Asteroid checks a leg kick nicely.
Salwa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A looping hook to the body misses from Asteroid. Salwa does a little dance to reset his feet.
Salwa moves forwards but Asteroid connects with a nice, crisp jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Salwa connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Salwa throws a sloppy head kick and Asteroid moves out of range easily.
A little feinted left hand from Asteroid on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
The fighters circling - Asteroid throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Salwa moves away from the strike by Asteroid.
Salwa now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Salwa throws a head kick that misses.
A good leg kick by Salwa.
Asteroid scores with a jab. Salwa acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Salwa moves out of range of the strikes.
Asteroid throws a jab when Salwa was well out of range.
Salwa with the counter takedown but Asteroid avoids it easily.

Asteroid looks to land a body kick but Salwa moved away.
Asteroid throws a head kick that misses.
Asteroid fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Salwa.

Asteroid is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Salwa thows a leg kick but Asteroid checks it
and Asteroid counters with a huge left! Salwa is in big trouble! He's backing up but Asteroid isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Salwa from any more damage. A dominating finish by Asteroid!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Anabol Asteroid!
Anabol Asteroid decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
