The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beltshazar lands a nice hook to Jolevi's body. Jolevi takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Jolevi moves into the clinch successfully.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jolevi has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Beltshazar!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jolevi is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Beltshazar can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
We've been hearing that Jolevi has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
