Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Koko!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Paul Fish!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fish takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Koko tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Koko blocks a leg kick.
Koko waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Fish.
Koko tries a head kick but it misses.
Fish throws a lazy head kick
and Koko counters with a thumping low kick.
Fish pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fish misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Michael Koko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Koko throws a leg kick that misses.
Fish flicks out a counter leg kick but Koko steps away.
Fish throws a body shot but no joy.
A jab from Koko misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Koko is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Fish keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fish throws a front kick aimed at Koko's knee but Koko avoids it well.
Koko thumps Fish with a low kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Koko lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Fish at a distance.

Koko lands a big uppercut and Fish crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Fish looks OK. Koko waves Fish back to his feet!


Fish is rocked!


It looks like Jon Paul Fish has been cut.
A head kick misses from Fish.
Koko lands a nice shot to the body.
Koko fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Fish looks winded!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Koko looks to throw the jab but Fish is out of range.
Koko fakes the body blow, causing Fish to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Fish goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Michael Koko!
