The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ewen throws a big shot that misses.
Ewen connects with a looping right hand.
Ewen misses with a wild body shot.

Ewen looks to score with a jab to the body but Thork is just out of range.
Thork throws a body punch but Ewen moves out of range.
Thork seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Ewen scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Thork scores with a jab to the head.
A left lands for Ewen.
Thork bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Ewen stuns Thork with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Ewen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Thork.
Ewen throws a series of strikes that have Thork backpedaling.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ewen connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Ewen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Thork was well out of range. Poor timing from Ewen.
Thork throws a hook to the side of Ewen's head but Ewen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A little jabbing left from Ewen on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Ewen scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Ewen throws a body punch but Thork moves out of range.

Ewen throws a nice looking combination but Thork bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Thork feinted with a counter takedown.
Ewen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Thork takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Thork keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Thork changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Ewen misses with a hook. Thork ducked under it nicely.

Thork bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Thork has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Ewen is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Thork yanks on the arm and Ewen is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Thork.
