The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brooks sprawls well. Brooks wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wright gets slowly back to his feet.
Brooks decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Wright is looking to improve his position.
Wright is trying to stand back up but Brooks is controlling him
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brooks prevents Wright from improving his position.
Wright really is a fat lump.

Brooks lands a big elbow.
It looks like Clement Wright has been cut.
Brooks manages to capitalize on a mistake by Wright to take his back!
Brooks is not going to allow Wright to sit and survive in this position.
Brooks is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Wright has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Brooks sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Wright taps out!
