Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rolf Nolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pavlo Ramazanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pavlo Ramazanov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ramazanov clinches up with Nolan and pushes him back against the cage.
Nolan is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Nolan manages to pull guard.

Ramazanov thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Nolan manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ramazanov manages to get himself to full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Nolan accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Ramazanov drives through and clinches with Nolan against the cage.
Ramazanov is looking to control Nolan's arms but Nolan gets an underhook and turns him. Now Ramazanov has his back to the cage.
Nolan is trying to pull guard but Ramazanov turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Nolan drags the fight down to the ground.
Nolan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Nolan pushes Ramazanov off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Ramazanov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Nolan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ramazanov walks away with a smile on his face. Nolan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Pavlo Ramazanov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nolan just leaning against Ramazanov, taking a breather.

Nolan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Nolan manages to break the clinch.

and Nolan counters by clinching up.

Nolan pulls guard effortlessly.

Ramazanov wants to control from the top but Nolan keeps moving.
Nolan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ramazanov on the ground.

Ramazanov drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ramazanov jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Nolan manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Ramazanov tries to break the clinch but Nolan is controlling the position.

Nolan tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Nolan trying to control the position but instead, Ramazanov has worked for underhooks and has pushed Nolan into the cage.
Nolan has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Ramazanov avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Ramazanov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Ramazanov moves into range and clinches up with Nolan.
Nolan is trying to maintain a safe position but Ramazanov gets an underhook and turns Nolan into the cage.

Nolan drags the fight down to the ground.
Ramazanov postures up in Nolan's guard and throws a big left but Nolan blocks it.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Ramazanov's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Ramazanov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Ramazanov drops back looking for a leg! Nolan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nolan manages to kick Ramazanov off! Ramazanov jumps back into Nolan's guard.

Nolan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ramazanov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Nolan is breathing heavily.
Nolan wants to get back to his feet but Ramazanov is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Ramazanov is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Ramazanov gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Ramazanov closes the distance and clinches.
Nolan is trying to pull guard but Ramazanov turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Ramazanov lands with a right to the head.

Nolan is rocked!

It looks like Rolf Nolan has been cut.
Ramazanov lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Nolan to his knees! Ramazanov keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
